Fixes for Android TV, Google TV and Samsung.

• Android TV and Google TV now work after pairing. On Google's own boxes the remote connected and then ignored every key; it drives them now — arrows, OK, back, home, playback and power.
• A keyboard for Google TV. Type into the TV's search from your phone.
• Apps on Google TV — YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video and the rest open from the phone — and a box that is asleep can be woken.
• New keys on the Android TV remote: Settings, Assistant, Subtitles and Audio track.
• Samsung: pairing no longer times out if you take more than a few seconds to press Allow on the TV.
• The subscription screen no longer flashes at you after a purchase: the app now remembers that you have paid from the moment it opens.
