Terms of Use

I. Introduction
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and BlinovLab (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the publisher of the mobile software applications listed on this website (each, an “App”), regarding your access to and use of the Apps.
An App’s title and feature set may vary by region and are subject to change without notice. By downloading, installing, or using an App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using and delete the App.
II. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on this website. Your continued use of an App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
III. General Terms
Our Apps are utility, productivity, and lifestyle applications. The specific functionality of each App is described on its App Store page. Certain features may require an internet connection, specific device capabilities, or access to third-party services. You may use the Apps only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
IV. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand what information we process and how we protect it. By using an App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
V. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Apps on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
All intellectual property rights in the Apps — including source code, design, text, graphics, and branding — belong to us or our licensors. You agree not to modify, decompile, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute any App or any of its components.
VI. Third-Party Services and Trademarks
Some Apps interoperate with third-party services, devices, or platforms through their publicly available interfaces. We do not host, store, or access your private content held by such third parties; all related data and authentication occur directly between your device and the relevant third-party servers. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or interruptions caused by third-party providers or their policies.
Our Apps are independent products and are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any third-party service, device manufacturer, or platform they interoperate with, unless expressly stated otherwise. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
VII. Prohibited Behavior
You agree not to:
- use any App for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes;
- attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy any part of an App;
- violate the intellectual property rights of us or any third party;
- misuse an App to send spam, malware, or unauthorized communications.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in the event of a violation.
VIII. Availability, Security, and Accuracy
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and, where required, a stable internet connection. We make no guarantee that an App or any third-party service will be available at all times or free from errors; performance may depend on your device, network, and third-party interfaces. Apps may be updated periodically to improve performance, add features, or reflect third-party changes.
IX. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a subscription or one-time in-app purchase. All billing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store; we do not access your payment data.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
- Deleting an App does not cancel an active subscription.
- Where offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
X. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING PERFORMANCE, COMPATIBILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR PERMANENTLY COMPATIBLE WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.
XI. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Apps.
XII. Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce it against you.
XIII. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement or your access to any App at any time for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement cease immediately.
XIV. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
