Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 19, 2026

I. Introduction

BlinovLab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and publishes the mobile software applications listed on it (each, an “App”). We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may process when you install or use any of our Apps, why we process it, and what rights you have.

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Apps (“Users”). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we act as the data controller unless otherwise stated.

By using any of our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

II. Information We Process

Information you submit

If you contact us (for example, via email or a support form), we process the information you choose to provide — such as your name, email address, and the content of your message — solely to respond to your inquiry and provide support.

Information processed automatically

When you use an App, certain technical information may be processed automatically. This information is generally non-personal and does not, on its own, identify you directly:

  • Device details: device model and manufacturer, operating system type and version, screen parameters, language and region settings, and anonymous device identifiers.
  • In-app events: anonymized usage data such as session length, feature interaction, and technical error reports. We use this data to improve functionality and stability.

Information processed on your device

Depending on the specific App’s functionality, an App may request access to device features such as location (for example, for route tracking), camera (for example, for scanning codes), photo library (for example, for managing or cleaning media), or the local network (for example, for controlling compatible devices). Unless expressly stated otherwise in the App’s description, this data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to servers owned or operated by us.

Third-party services

Some Apps allow you to connect to or interact with third-party services through their official web or API interfaces. In such cases, all content and authentication occur directly between your device and the servers of the relevant third party, and your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Our Apps are independent products and are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any third-party service they interoperate with, unless expressly stated otherwise. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Payment information

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed and processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card data.

III. Purposes of Processing

We use the information described above to:

  • provide the requested functionality and maintain the Apps;
  • improve, test, and monitor performance and stability;
  • respond to inquiries and provide user support;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

If new purposes arise, we will inform you by updating this Privacy Policy.

IV. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described above, for legal compliance, and for security. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact options below.

V. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. If you are located in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, please contact us using the details below.

For data processed by third-party services, please refer to the privacy policies and opt-out mechanisms of the respective providers.

VI. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

VII. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

VIII. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this website. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above.
