I. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”), together with all referenced documents, constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and Serhii Blinov (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of our mobile software application (the “App”).
The App’s title may vary in different regions and is subject to change without notice.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using and delete the App.
II. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
III. GENERAL TERMS
The App is a utility and communication assistant designed to provide unified access to messaging platforms such as WhatsApp Web and Google Messages for Android, as well as AI-powered features to enhance communication — including text summarization, translation, rewriting, expansion, grammar correction, and simplification.
To function properly, the App requires your Android device to remain turned on, connected to the internet, and signed in to the respective messaging service.
This App is independent and not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp LLC or Google LLC.
You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
IV. PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of it, you must discontinue using the App.
V. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All intellectual property rights in the App — including source code, design, text, graphics, and branding — belong to Serhii Blinov or its licensors.
You agree not to modify, decompile, resell, or distribute the App or any of its components.
VI. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND TRADEMARKS
The App enables you to connect to third-party messaging platforms such as WhatsApp Web and Google Messages for Android through their publicly available web or API interfaces.
We do not host, store, or access your private messages or contacts. All message data and authentication occur directly between your device and the official WhatsApp or Google servers.
We are not responsible for any changes, restrictions, or service interruptions caused by WhatsApp LLC, Google LLC, or their policies.
WhatsApp, Google, and all related trademarks are property of their respective owners. Use of these names is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
VII. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy any part of the App;
- Violate intellectual property rights of us or any third party;
- Misuse the App to send spam, malware, or unauthorized communications.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation.
VIII. AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ACCURACY
You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and a compatible mobile device.
We make no guarantee that the App or third-party services will be available at all times or free from errors. Performance may depend on your device, network, and third-party APIs.
The App may be updated periodically to improve performance, add features, or comply with third-party changes.
IX. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Some features of the App may require a subscription or in-app purchase.
Billing is handled securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not access your credit card or payment data.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Removing the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
X. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP’S PERFORMANCE, COMPATIBILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ALWAYS COMPATIBLE WITH WHATSAPP OR GOOGLE SERVICES.
XI. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY
You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms against you.
XII. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement or your access to the App at any time for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease immediately.
XIII. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
